I am so excited to announce the launch of a **NEW** summer YouTube series running throughout August on my YouTube channel...
Craft for Kids is back!
What started as a fun project for myself and my then 3-year-old daughter Ariana in lockdown (in 2020) has developed into a second series of videos recorded over the past week or so that we are ready to share with you.
Episode 1: Smashed Butterflies
The first episode which premiers at 9am on Monday 1st August is entitled Smashed Butterflies and is a fun painting project, invented and named by Ariana (now 5 years old).
About the Series
Each video is around 3-5 minutes long and explains and demonstrated a simple art or craft activity that you can do at home with just a few basic tools and art materials.
These videos are perfect as creative activities to keep the family entertained over the summer holiday break.
I personally LOVE spending time creating in my home and my studio with Ariana. She has seen me recording sketching tutorials for grown-ups all the time and wanted to get involved. We had a lot of fun filming and I am lucky enough to have enlisted the help of a professional video editor this time (a NEW member of Team Susan, Ella Gordon), who has done a wonderful job of putting it all together in a fun and entertaining way.
