Our business is at an exciting moment. The Inspire membership community is growing, our event calendar of workshops and retreats is expanding, and we have some wonderful creative projects in the pipeline.
To do this well, we need the right people alongside us.
We are currently hiring for two key roles: a Marketing Manager and a Programme Manager. Both are part-time freelance positions, working remotely and directly with Susan.

Role: Marketing Manager
Details:
We're looking for a warm, hands-on marketing generalist to help grow a creative wellness brand rooted in nature, sketching and slow living.
- Remote, freelance, part-time - hours flex around our launch calendar
- Hands-on across email, social, Meta ads and website
- You'll write in Susan's voice, manage launches end to end, and own the results
- Experience with online courses or digital products is a real advantage
- £30–35/hr depending on experience

Role: Programme Manager
Details:
We're looking for a rare kind of person - highly organised and deeply human - to be the operational heartbeat of a growing creative membership community.
- Remote, freelance, up to 16 hours/week
- Own the Inspire membership experience, manage events and look after guest artists
- Experience managing projects or programmes in a digital or creative context
- Warm, proactive and solutions-focused — you solve problems without drama
- £30–35/hr depending on experience
