Autumn Mandala -  Reduction Linocut Print

Original 4 colour reduction linocut print by artist Susan Yeates. Circular mandala design using four colours of ink, pale honey, mustard, rich orange and rubine red. A reduction print is created from a single block of lino. Some carving is done then it is printed in the first colour. The block is carved into again and the second colour printed over the first. This process is continued until all colours are complete. Printed in Caligo Safewash inks onto a smooth cream printing paper. All prints are individual and hand printed so there may be slight differences or imperfections in each print.

Signed and numbered by the artist. Limited edition of 14 hand pulled prints.

Designed, carved and printed by hand in the UK.

Print size: Approx 30cm diameter. Printed onto 40cm x 40cm (approx.) paper.

Print comes unframed and unmounted, wrapped in cellophane. Image of framed print shows my own copy in my home studio!
